( Green Mountain Hosta ) Large hosta plants are 24″ high and 36″ wide. The leaves are a very bright gold, fading slowly to a pale green. Foliage is moderately corrugated and shiny. Pale lavender flowers on 30″ scapes in late summer. This sport of Hosta Parhelion is the brightest hosta during spring and early summer on our hosta farm. Hosta Fire Starter was developed here at our hosta nursery.
Other large gold hosta plants such as Hosta Choo Choo Train are available.
